Not good at all poor service.
Appointment time is 14:20 asking to the staff saying next as the list. But already 16:10.
Pt is post cardiac army discharged on 16/11/19 he is dial optic kept NBM.

No improvement need, the procedure went very well, better their expected the staff were really nice and kind especially Mira the nurse was wonderful, made me feel really calm and the doctor whom and did not get the chance to ask the name.

All staff member are so kind. They look after me very well. They explain me before I had this treatment. Jaya gave me good food tea is very testy. I am so happy all staff are so kind. Thanks everyone.

I was unable to tolerate the procedure with first the throat spray. Staff stopped this promptly and then sorted out sedation.
Atmosphere was calm - staff spoke to me to ensure that I did not become agitated.
Very pleased and satisfied with the way I was treated by all the staff involved in my care.
